1、搅拌车液压传动系统液压油的压力、油量、油质、油温应达到规定要求，无渗漏现象

2、搅拌运输中，装载混凝土量不能超过允许装载质量。

2. During mixing and transportation, the amount of concrete loaded shall not exceed the allowable loading mass.

3、搅拌车在露天停放时，装料前应先将搅拌筒反转，使筒内的积水和杂物排出。装料前，需要先向筒内加水，使进料流畅，防止粘料。

3. When the mixer truck is parked in the open air, the mixing drum shall be reversed before loading to discharge the ponding and sundries in the drum. Before loading, it is necessary to add water into the cylinder to make the feeding smooth and prevent sticking.

4、搅拌车行驶中，接长的卸料槽要翻转后固定在卸槽上，再转至与车身垂直部位，用销轴与机架固定，防止由于不固定而引起摆动，打伤行人或影响车辆运行。

5、搅拌车通过桥、洞、库等设施时，应注意通过高度及宽度，以免发生碰撞事故。特别需要注意的是现在四轴罐车的长度很长，在通过桥洞高度接近顶端时，长长的车身是下圆弧路面的一道弦，能通过的高度会降低。

6、搅拌装置连续运转时间不超过8h。

8、运送混凝土途中，搅拌筒不得停转，以防混凝土产生初凝及离析现象。

9、搅拌筒由正转变为反转时，先将操纵手柄放置中间位置，待搅拌筒停转后，再将操纵手柄放置反转位置。

10、水箱的水量要尽量保持装满，以防急用。冬季停车时，要将水箱和供水系统的水放净。
