混凝土搅拌车主要使用在工程建筑中，其作业环境一般都比较差，比如灰尘大、道路高低不平等等，在这样恶劣的环境中，对搅拌车的影响是非常大的，比如搅拌车的轮胎，道路的高低不平会加速轮胎的磨损，有些搅拌车司机反映说，轮胎的偏磨比较严重，尤其是前轮。那这到底是怎么回事呢？

还有一种轮胎偏磨是转向轮总转角的超差、车轮外倾角和主销倾角的不正确导致的，搅拌车在实际的行驶中，大多数是直线行驶的，转弯、倒车和掉头时的总转角的时间不多，所以由此引发的偏磨比较少。
