1、檢查保險開關：

1. Check the fuse switch:

自上料攪拌車是通過液壓傳動系統來驅動罐體的，液壓油散熱系統中容易出現故障的就是保險開關，因此在故障發生后，一時間檢查保險開關。

The self feeding agitator truck drives the tank through the hydraulic transmission system. The safety switch is the one that is easy to fail in the hydraulic oil cooling system. Therefore, check the safety switch at once after the failure occurs.

2、檢查驅動風扇：

2. Check the drive fan:

電機是整個散熱系統中為關鍵的部件，散熱效果的好與壞，和電機的轉速及運行的平穩狀態有著直接的關系，它由連接車輛電瓶的電控盒直接供電，用電力驅動電機高速運轉，來帶走熱交換器當中的額熱量，給液壓油降溫。

The motor is the key component in the whole heat dissipation system. The good or bad heat dissipation effect is directly related to the motor speed and stable running state. It is directly powered by the electric control box connected to the vehicle battery. The motor is driven by electricity to run at a high speed to take away the current heat of the heat exchanger and cool the hydraulic oil.

3、檢查熱交換器：

3. Check the heat exchanger:

自上料攪拌車利用液壓油散熱器來進行降溫。熱交換器上裝有電機驅動風扇進行散熱，讓液壓油正常工作，上面的機械式指針通過檢測管路當中的負壓，如果出現讀數證明液壓油濾清器可能出現堵塞，剛開始出現的時候只需要拔掉上面的橡膠指針歸零，如果后面還出現讀書且拔掉橡膠塞之后還解決不了的話，就需要更換液壓油濾芯了。

The hydraulic oil radiator is used to cool the self feeding mixer. The heat exchanger is equipped with a motor driven fan to dissipate heat, so that the hydraulic oil can work normally. The mechanical pointer above detects the negative pressure in the pipeline. If there is a reading that indicates that the hydraulic oil filter may be blocked, it is only necessary to remove the rubber pointer above to zero at the beginning. If there is a reading that cannot be solved after the rubber plug is removed, the hydraulic oil filter element needs to be replaced.

4、檢查熱傳感器：

4. Check the thermal sensor:

溫度傳感器位于熱交換器的進油管上，它的作用就是檢測液壓油的溫度，自上料攪拌車散熱系統發生故障后，如果確認不是保險的問題，那就檢查溫度傳感器。

The temperature sensor is located on the oil inlet pipe of the heat exchanger, and its function is to detect the temperature of the hydraulic oil. If it is confirmed that the cooling system of the charging mixer is not a problem of insurance after the failure, check the temperature sensor.

5、檢查散熱器控制盒：

5. Check radiator control box:

散熱控制盒監控和接受溫度傳感其傳遞過來的信號，當溫度數據超過設定值后，自動接通散熱風扇的電路，讓空氣流通降低液壓油的溫度，因此散熱控制盒損壞后，散熱系統就不能正常工作，需要及時更換，一般情況下，散熱器控制盒不容易損壞。

The heat dissipation control box monitors and receives the signal transmitted from the temperature sensor. When the temperature data exceeds the set value, the circuit of the heat dissipation fan is automatically connected to allow air circulation to reduce the temperature of the hydraulic oil. Therefore, the heat dissipation system cannot work normally after the heat dissipation control box is damaged, and it needs to be replaced in time. Generally, the heat dissipation control box is not easy to be damaged.
