大部分人可能對于自動上料攪拌車的相關知識不太了解，自動上料攪拌車主要結構由是行走底盤、發動機、液力變矩器、前后雙驅橋、上料裝置、進料斗、卸料斗、加長卸料斗、機架、攪拌筒、攪拌專用減速機、液壓系統、電控系統、自動上水系統等組成。在這里小編詳細的給大家介紹一下自動上料攪拌車的一些特征，具體的特征如下：

Most people may not know much about the automatic feeding mixer. The automatic feeding mixer is mainly composed of the walking chassis, engine, hydraulic torque converter, front and rear double drive axles, feeding device, feed hopper, discharge hopper, extended discharge hopper, frame, mixing cylinder, special mixer reducer, hydraulic system, electric control system, automatic water feeding system, etc. Here, I will introduce some features of the automatic feeding mixer in detail. The specific features are as follows:

1、自上料攪拌車攪拌筒的旋轉由馬達通過專用行星減速機帶動，行星減速機的輸出軸可以實現一定角度的擺動，以滿足惡劣路況下攪拌筒的跳動。

1. The rotation of the mixing drum of the self loading mixer is driven by the motor through a special planetary reducer. The output shaft of the planetary reducer can swing at a certain angle to meet the beating of the mixing drum under bad road conditions.

2、液壓系統采用恒功率變量柱塞泵，減少發動機的功率損耗。

3、行走系統由發動機通過液力變矩器、前后傳動軸到前后橋。本發明采用前后雙橋驅動形式。采用液力變矩器減少對發動機的沖擊、延長了發動機的壽命。

3. The traveling system is from the engine to the front and rear axles through the hydraulic torque converter, front and rear transmission shafts. 4、干料上料，按照設計好的配比由鏟臂、動臂缸、定量的料斗自動上料。

5、進水系統可根據計量設定實現自動進水。
